2009 Tax Form Mailing Timelines

Please be aware of the following important dates for the distribution of tax forms.

Non-Retirement Forms (i.e. 1099-DIV, 1099-B, 1099-INT): Mailed by February 15, 2010.
Retirement Forms (i.e. 1099-R): Mailed by January 31, 2010.

If you have both a retirement and non-retirement Eaton Vance mutual fund account, your forms will be mailed in two packages.
